Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society Hosts "Entilaq 2" Art Exhibition Highlighting Local Talent | THE DAILY TRIBUNE …

The Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society hosted the grand opening of its second art exhibition, “Entilaq 2”, yesterday at the Safeya Ali Kanoo Hub for Arts and Handicrafts.
The exhibition, which will run until May 31st from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, was honoured by Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Bin Duaji Al Khalifa, the Director General of the Institute of Public Administration.
The Daily Tribune spoke to several Bahraini artists showcasing their diverse range of talents and passions at the exhibition.
Love for nature
Noor Alsairafi, whose work is deeply rooted in a love for nature, shared her inspiration: “I was initially inspired by the transparency and delicacy of butterflies, and I explored the intricate patterns, vibrant colors and ethereal quality that they possess.”
Noor’s art aims to create a connection between the viewer and the natural world, and she has participated in numerous exhibitions both within Bahrain and abroad.
Unique artistic technique
Badriya Abdulrahman discussed her unique artistic techniques, blending acrylic paint with coffee and adding stones and golden leaves to her horse paintings, which can take over 50 hours to complete.
