NBB empowers female students through “Women in Technology Career Mentorship” programme

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) participated in the first “Women in Technology Career Mentorship” Programme, hosted by University of Bahrain’s College of Information Technology and supported by the Women in Big Data (WiBD), a chapter of an internationally recognised entity based in the USA. The programme, which aims to support female students wishing to pursue Technology and Engineering careers through mentorship opportunities, kicked off with a webinar held in December 2021, featuring Dana Buheji, Group Chief Human Resources & Sustainability Officer at NBB, as the keynote speaker. NBB remains committed to investing in its community, and through this programme, the bank aims to create a platform for female students to learn from influential and qualified industry professionals, ensuring future job readiness.
