New steps to boost technical education in Bahrain | THE DAILY TRIBUNE | KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN

Bahrain Polytechnic, the Kingdom’s most coveted technical education, is in its best efforts to boost the Kingdom’s technical education scenario with a multi-faceted approach. In a statement issued to our sister paper Al Ayam, the institute said it aims to impart the highest international standards of set technical sustainable education to the students in the coming years. According to Bahrain Polytechnic, on September 1, 2022, an orientation day was held for all new students. 350 students attended the meeting in order to become familiar with all information regarding the new programmes and the procedures for admission. The polytechnic further states that all students who have been accepted into “Vocational Qualification Programme” are made aware of the programme. It was developed for students who were unable to meet entry requirements in order to increase their employment prospects in a variety of professions by acquiring the academic and practical study that programs offer. According to Bahrain Polytechnic, the first semester will be devoted to studying English, mathematics, and personal branding, while the second semester will be devoted to practical studies, where students will attend classes two days a week and gain experience in the industry sector the other three days.
