The BIBF participates in the Arab International Cyber Security Summit

Manama: The Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF), the region's leading training and development provider, participated as a Knowledge Partner in the Arab International Cyber Security Summit, which was held from December 6 to 8 at the Exhibition World Bahrain, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and attended by a large group of regional and international experts.

Bringing together cybersecurity experts and thought leaders from around the globe, the Summit aimed to drive innovation in information security, highlight major international initiatives and trends in the field, discuss main cybersecurity challenges in the MENA region, as well as explore the best practices and solutions to foster information security across all industries.

Highlighting the Kingdom of Bahrain's effort to drive digital transformation in the region, Director of the BIBF Dr. Ahmed Al-Shaikh stated, "As an integral part of the Kingdom's national security and economic growth, cybersecurity comes on top of the Kingdom's national agenda.
