EXQUISITE iftar and ghabga experiences await diners at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay this Ramadan.

Celebrate with family or friends in the extravagant Arabesque-inspired Ramadan Tent with live music by lead vocalist and four members of the famous Opera House of Egypt serenading diners.

Oriental Specialty Chef Tony El Khoury, a seasoned chef of the world-renowned Lebanese cuisine, has ensured guests will be spoilt for choice with mouth-watering hot and cold mezze offerings, an extensive range of international dishes and a dedicated Bahraini cooking station featuring ouzi, saj, halwa and machboos.

“We are known for providing an incredible Ramadan experience in Bahrain,” regional vice-president and general manager Rami Sayess said.

“Our guests can fully embrace the culture of the holy month at our exquisite tent and relish the culinary offerings created by our newly appointed oriental specialty chef.”

There will be 18 live cooking stations lining up Arabic and Lebanese specialties such as fattah, koshari, manakeesh, falafel and shawarma to name a few.

“Ramadan is the perfect opportunity for our guests to savour classic Arabic dishes reflecting centuries of tradition,” Chef El Khoury said.

“Our aim is to elevate the culinary experience to new heights, giving traditional Arabic dishes a modern interpretation,” he added.
