Water game company ordered to pay JD 210000 to paralyzed worker – Roya News English

A water games company was ordered to pay JD 210,000 in compensation for a cleaning worker who suffered complete paralysis after falling from one of the company's games while performing cleaning duties.

The Amman Criminal Court, under the leadership of Judge Kamal Al-Samardali, has issued the verdict, after the employee filed a lawsuit against the company for suffering multiple fractures in his limbs and body when he slipped while cleaning.

The man fell outside the designated pool, hitting the ground and resulting in total disability.
