Mauricio Zuazua new chair of Kearney in Middle East and Africa



Kearney has named Mauricio Zuazua as the firm’s new Chair for the Middle East and Africa. In the role, Mauricio Zuazua leads Kearney’s strategic direction and services in the Middle East and Africa region, overseeing teams across offices in Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Doha, Dubai, Istanbul, Riyadh, and Johannesburg. Zuazua, who has been with the global strategy and management consultancy for around two decades and is based in Dubai, takes over the reins from Bob Willen, who recently made the step up to the role of global managing partner. With a background in engineering, Zuazua has always enjoyed solving complex problems. At Kearney, he has been doing just that, working with leaders across the Americas, Asia, Middle East and Africa on topics including policy, strategy, design, and the execution of major transformation programs. His expertise extends industries, including the automotive space, aerospace and defense, industrial goods and services, infrastructure, and other private sectors.
