Statistics released by the Supreme Judicial Council reveal a remarkable upsurge of approximately 35% in transactions sanctioned by notary departments after implementing an electronic documentation system.

With the digital transformation activated across 62 notary departments spanning various governorates, Al-Shuaibi emphasized its significant contributions in expediting and enhancing the efficiency of notary tasks. The transition to digital transactions saw a 35% boost in employee productivity, facilitating a swift and smooth completion of transactions. Notably, the revamped Tawtheeq platform introduced new services, such as issuing a law agency and real estate sale agency and streamlining legal procedures for concerned parties.

Al-Shuaibi underscored that the electronic documentation platform expedited over 50,000 transactions within a concise timeframe of two months, eliminating the necessity for physical documents.
