‎GCC’s technical secretariat to combat harmful practices, Japanese ambassador discuss anti-dumping investigation against Saudi imports of SAP

The GCC’s office of the technical secretariat to combat harmful practices in international trade said that a meeting was held with the Ambassador of Japan in Saudi Arabia, Fumio Iwai.

The two parties discussed the procedures of the anti-dumping investigation against Saudi imports of Superabsorbent polymer (SAP) originating or exporting from China, Japan, Belgium, Singapore, Republic of Korea, and France.

This came during the meeting of the Japanese ambassador to Saudi Arabia, and the economic department’s second Secretary Micho Hirokazu, headed by the Director-General of the Technical secretariat to combat harmful practices in international trade, Faisal Al-Muhaidib, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in Riyadh.

They stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation between Japan and the GCC in the field of harmful practices in international trade.
