Saudia digital system links visas with flight tickets – MEED
The new stopover service will enable visitors to stay in the Kingdom for up to 96 hours
Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, is the first to launch a ‘Your Ticket Your Visa’ digital integration system. As a result, visitors can arrive with ease as their transit visas are linked with their flight tickets.
The service will apply to all international airports in the kingdom. Using this service, visitors can stay in the kingdom for up to 96 hours. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues the transit visa and links it to the flight ticket in around three minutes.
