Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) has secured employment for 40 UAE nationals, who trained at Skills Hub, an initiative supported by the Abu Dhabi Government, within five prestigious private healthcare companies.

The announcement reflects the outcome of collaborative agreements signed between ACTVET and healthcare companies like Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, M42, Burjeel Hospital, Response Plus Holding and Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre. The Skills Hub project, by ACTVET, offers targeted training courses and programmes to meet the present and future job market demands, empowering participants with skills necessary for the sustainable growth and development of UAE.

Dr Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi, the Director General of the centre, said: “We have witnessed a strong collaboration between the government and the private sector, working as one team to qualify national cadres in the healthcare sector, thus providing them
