Aldar acquires plot to launch its first beachfront residential project in Ras Al Khaimah – The National

Aldar Properties has acquired a beachfront plot in Ras Al Khaimah to build its first residential community in the emirate as it continues to expand into markets beyond Abu Dhabi.

The prime 40,000-square-metre plot on Al Marjan Island was bought from master developer Marjan, Aldar said in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, where its shares are traded.

It did not give the financial details of the transaction.
