ABU DHABI - COP 28 President-Designate, Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, has underscored the need for transformational, game-changing partnerships and solidarity to drive climate action for all, at the opening ceremony of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2023.
