DFM ends Sunday’ session on marginal losses

Dubai - Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched down 0.02% or 0.59 points by the end of Sunday's trading session.





A total of 272.20 million shares were traded through 4,247 transactions at a total value of AED 231.20 billion.





The banks sector led the decliners with 0.71%, while the consumer staples topped the risers with 1.39%.





Arabtec Holding came on top of the red zone with 4.87%, while Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co (Aman) headed the green zone with 14.93%.





Ithmaar Holding posted the highest trading volume of 52.88 million shares, while Emaar Development recorded the highest turnover of AED 30.85 million.
