Digital DEWA signs MoU with Huawei to enhance strategic partnership

Digital DEWA, the digital arm of DEWA, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Huawei in order to improve their strategic partnership and mutual work.

The MoU focuses on accelerating digital transformation, decarbonization, and developing a future-oriented power communication network.

According to the statement, “This supports DEWA’s efforts in energy transformation, sustainability, and achieving Net-Zero. “

The MoU was signed by Mr. Marwan Bin Haidar and Mr. Jerry Liu, General Manager of Huawei Technologies UAE during their China visit, led by HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).
