Dubai: The National Space Science and Technology Center has officially begun implementing the 813 satellite project, which is one of the initiatives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him.
