UAE tech-telco e& subsidiary is buying 100% of Telenor Pakistan

Dubai: The Pakistan-based subsidiary of UAE’s e&, the tech-telecom holding group, is buying 100 per cent in Telenor Pakistan. The deal, on an enterprise value basis, comes to 108 billion Pakistan rupee.

Telenor Pakistan has around 45 million subscribers in the country, helping generate revenues of 112 billion Pakistan rupees and on an EBITDA margin of 43 per cent (based on a last-12-month basis up to September).
