Mark will then review financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2020 and conclude with some commentary around our fiscal 2021 outward.. If you turn to Slide 4, you will see an overview of our fourth quarter and full-year financial results.. Our fourth quarter revenue was down 2.4% to $351 million compared to the same period last year with adjusted pre-tax income improving to $1.3 million versus a $500,000 loss in the prior year period.. Adjusted EPS was $0.02 compared to a loss of $0.04 in the same period last year.. Our adjusted pre-tax income was $25.6 million versus $19.3 million for the prior year.. Adjusted EPS was $0.79 compared to $0.67 last year..
