BTEA organizes 10-day heritage event “Road to Manama” in Manama Souq | THE DAILY TRIBUNE | KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN

The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) is to host a heritage event at the Manama Souq for 10 days. The Manama Souq is one of the most significant tourist destinations and one of the oldest commercial markets in the world that emphasizes the role of historical and cultural heritage in attracting tourists. This event will be part of the authority's ongoing programs that aims to attract more locals, residents, visitors and tourists for promoting Bahraini heritage tourism. This event, titled "Road to Manama", will be organized by the BTEA from September 22 to October 1, during evening hours. It will include a program full of different workshops designed to introduce kids and teenagers to traditional Bahraini crafts and teach them how to master them. The event will also offer different Bahraini-focused seminars, designed to help participants uncover their skills and talents, filling their time with practical knowledge and abilities in a variety of disciplines.
