Vaccination of 100% of Egypt’s tourism workers in Red Sea, South Sinai to end this week

CAIRO – 27 April 2021: The Ministry of Health and Population announced concluding the vaccination of 100 percent of tourism workers in the Red Sea and South Sinai by the end of this week.

 

The ministry urged citizens to exercise caution and abide by preventive measures given that the world is experiencing a rise of 10 percent and seven percent in infections and deaths, respectively.

 

President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli got vaccinated on April 25 and April 26, respectively, within the national campaign for vaccinating citizens.

 

The prime minister urged citizens to register for vaccination as soon as possible in order to preserve their health and the society's safety in light of the new waves of the pandemic. He affirmed that the president had instructed securing sufficient quantities of the vaccine.
