DGCA exempts immunized travelers from PCR fees – MENAFN.COM

(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, July 27 (KUNA) -- Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced on Tuesday exempting immunized travelers coming from abroad, arriving in Kuwait from paying the PCR test fees at the value of KD 20 via 'Kuwait Mosafer' application. They should only conduct the PCR tests and pay in Kuwait in case the traveller wished to end his (her) home quarantine, starting from next Sunday August 1st, it added in a press statement. This decision imposes home quarantine on all immunized citizens and expatriates for one week from the date of their arrival in the country, and in case they desire to end the quarantine they should make a PCR test and pay inside the country, and once the test is out and is negative from Coronavirus Covid-19, the quarantine will end accordingly, it added.
