IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring voco brand to Beirut

Has signed a franchise agreement with DIA SARL to bring its brand to Beirut, Lebanon. The signing took place in the presence of Walid Nassar, the Minister of Tourism for Lebanon. The voco Beirut Central District is a conversion property that will be rebranded by the end of this year. It will add 123 rooms to IHG’s portfolio in Lebanon, and marks the brand’s debut in the Levant region. The hotel is located in a prime location in Beirut, close to popular attractions such as Zaituna Bay, Beirut Waterfront and Beirut Souks. It will feature an outdoor pool, a spa, a gym, a business centre, a theater area, four meeting rooms and three dining options.
