Committee to oversee integrated tourism complex licensing set up in Oman | Times of Oman

Muscat: A government committee, to oversee licensing of integrated tourism complexes and the framing of work systems has been formed by a ministerial decision issued by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism. The decision stipulates that a government committee for licensing integrated tourism complexes will be formed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Heritage and Tourism and the membership of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Tourists as Vice President, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for Urban Planning, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Investment Promotion and the Director General of Inquiries and Investigations in The Royal Oman Police, Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, and Assistant Director General for Environmental Affairs at the Environment Authority.
