Dhofar ready to receive vaccinated tourists

"It is great news that measures are in place to ensure everyone is safe in Oman's southernmost region," said Martin Persson, General Manager of Alila Hinu Bay. Muscat: Magical, misty and green Dhofar is ready to receive vaccinated tourists, following the directives of the Supreme Committee. Upon the advent of the Khareef season in the Governorate of Dhofar, the Supreme Committee had decided that citizens and residents in the Sultanate who have taken at least one dose of approved vaccines are allowed to visit the southern governorate of Dhofar. Also, travellers from abroad who have been given two doses of vaccines will be allowed to enter Dhofar, starting from 5 pm on Friday, July 9, 2021. Speaking to the Times of Oman, Martin Persson, General Manager of Alila Hinu Bay, said, "It is great news that measures are in place to ensure everyone is safe in Oman's southernmost region."
