Muscat: The first Empty Quarter Festival will start on December 23. The festival is organised by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism represented by the General Directorate of Heritage and Tourism in the Governorate of Dhofar, in cooperation with a number of government agencies and the private sector, and will continue until the January 8, 2022.
