Muscat, Dec 26The General Commission for the Pavilion of the Sultanate of Oman, in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in Muscat, hosted a reception ceremony to celebrate Oman's participation in Expo 2025 Japan-Osaka scheduled to take place from April 13 to October 13 next year on Osaka Island in Japan.The ceremony, attended by Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Commissioner General Sayyid Said bin Sultan al Busaidy, and Yamamoto Jota, Japanese Ambassador to Oman, featured visual materials highlighting the concept of Oman's pavilion and its participation in such a global event.The event featured a visual presentation on the architectural design and visual identity of Oman's pavilion, emphasising the chance to showcase Oman's rich cultural heritage and engage with the world creatively.Al Yousef expressed Oman's commitment to enhancing industry, trade and international relations through its participation in Expo 2025 Japan-Osaka.
