Omani Embassy in South Africa warns citizens against travel to the country

Muscat: The Embassy of Oman in South Africa has urged Omani citizens to postpone their unnecessary trips to South Africa during this period due to the outbreak of the second wave of the COVID-19 epidemic.   

Oman Embassy in Pretoria said in a statement that "The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Pretoria advises Omani citizens to postpone their unnecessary trips to South Africa during this period due to the outbreak of the second wave of the COVID-19 epidemic and the severe increase in cases with the raising of the closure level to the third level."

"The embassy will follow up on the epidemiological situation and the government measures taken in this regard," the statement added.
