Welcome Oman event to be launched | Times of Oman

Muscat: "Welcome Oman" event will be launched on December 12, which brings together a number of tourism sector partners in the Sultanate of Oman and their counterparts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event focuses on attracting major tourism companies in the Saudi market and finding common communication channels to enhance areas of cooperation in the tourism sector and highlight tourism opportunities and competitive experiences that characterise the Sultanate of Oman. The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism said: "This morning, the 'Welcome Oman' event, which brings together a number of tourism sector partners in the Sultanate of Oman and their counterparts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will be launched and will continue until December 13 at the Kempinski Hotel Al Mouj, under the patronage of H. E. Maitha Bint Saif Al Mahrouqi, Undersecretary of MHT for Tourism."This will be in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah bin Saud Al Anzi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Sultanate of Oman, and Her Excellency Assila bint Salem Al Samsamiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion to promote investment.
