Dario Cecchini visited Doha for the very first time to launch his spectacular pop-up concept, Bottega Di Carna, a modern Italian eatery exclusively at the iconic hotel, Mondrian Doha.

Dario, also known as “The Greatest Butcher in The World”, made sure that all guests left Bottega Di Carna in awe of his skills, expertise, and vibrant personality, as he took guests on a journey to discover a taste of Italy in the heart of Doha.

Cecchini comes from eight generations of butchers with a legacy of over 250 years of excellence. Notorious for hospitality in abundance, he acquired a celebrity and chef fan base worldwide,

from King Charles to Elton John. Bottega Di Carna is a celebration of Cecchini’s craft and his commitment to flavour, making sure to only use the finest Italian ingredients to provide the most unforgettable culinary experiences.

Guests can now head to Mondrian Doha to experience the new immersive dining pop-up, paired with the most premium quality Italian cuisine.
