QF alumni to get careers airborne through tie-up with Qatar Airways – The Peninsula

Doha: Alumni of Qatar Foundation’s universities will find new flight paths to careers in the aviation industry opening up to them, through a partnership with Qatar Airways (QA) that aims to equip locally nurtured talent to join the World’s Best Airline.

The long-term collaboration between Qatar Foundation (QF) and Qatar Airways aims to create an array of opportunities, both full-time roles and internship with the airline for QF graduates.

The partnership sealed with the signing of a memorandum of understanding this week at QF’s first Alumni Reunion Event will be customised to ensure that QF alumni are prepared to join the carrier.

“At Qatar Foundation, we are proud of all our alumni – the embodiment of why we invest in education – and of the contribution they make to the development of Qatar with their skills, their positive and proactive mindsets, and their dedication to excellence,” said Vice-Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation, H E Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani.
