Hassan Allam, Rawabi JV awarded Civil works of the Rosewood Residence and Hotel in AMAALA

Hassan Allam Holding announced in a statement that its subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, in joint venture with Rawabi Specialized Contracting, a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding Group, have been awarded the civil construction works of the Rosewood Residence and Hotel in AMAALA, Triple Bay.

The hotel consists of Branded Residences Villas, Hotel Villas, and the Main hotel, with a total build-up area of 50,500 m2.
