Expo 2020 Dubai is the very first world expo where every participating country has its own pavilion. Each of the 192 country pavilions – spread across the three main districts of sustainability, mobility and opportunity – will have the chance to showcase their innovations and strategies. Here’s a glimpse at another eight of the 192 pavilions at this year’s event. Visitors at the Danish pavilion can participate in building a 6.5m long LEGO Viking ship, listen to historic stories or visit the themed area filled with SMEs from a wide range of industries. Meanwhile, a rooftop bar and restaurant concept offers indigenous cuisines and beverages. The Cuban pavilion aims to recreate a vibrant scene set in the streets of Havana with local music. Visitors can learn to piece the wonders of the country through a collaborative game or learn to dance the Cha-cha-cha. Guests can also choose to down mojitos made with sugar from Cuban sugarcanes. Monaco’s polygonal pavilion, which is inspired by the ‘Rock of Monaco’, offers a multi-sensory journey through mirrored exhibition spaces, replicating the sights and smells of the French Riviera.
