The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on iconic 340m-high Uptown Tower by DMCC – the world’s flagship Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise – is progressing on schedule, with construction proceeding at pace. The tower currently stands at 260m with more than 68 floors completed.

Empower’s chilled water has been connected, and DEWA transformers have been installed on the project.

Significant progress has been made throughout 2021, with more than 12 million man-hours completed without lost time due to injury (LTI) in the construction of the first supertall tower in the Uptown Dubai District.
