B2B travel content platform Lokalee raises $5.6 million pre-Series A round

Dubai-based traveltech startup Lokalee has raised a $5.6 million pre-Series A round led by Crown Private Fund with participation from three strategic investors with a hotel and technology background.

Founded in 2019 by Samir Abi Frem, Lokalee is a B2B platform that allows guests of a hotel to view and book accommodation and its amenities.

The platform is used by 200 brands across 20 countries. It counts Movenpick, Sheraton, Rotana, Sofitel, Hilton, and Millennium among its clients. 

The recent round will help Lokalee to invest in product development and expedite expansion into European markets.
