UAE has world’s most beautiful winter, says Sheikh Mohammed

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Saturday launched a new “unified tourism identity” for the country.

A national campaign called ‘the most beautiful winter in the world' has been launched.

He also unveiled a new government strategy to promote domestic tourism, in the presence of local tourism authorities.

In a tweet, Sheikh Mohammed said: “From the desert of the UAE, a unified tourism identity for the country and a government strategy have been launched to promote domestic tourism.”

Sheikh Mohammed said domestic tourism contributes Dh41 billion “to our economy”. “We seek to double these numbers,” he tweeted.

The UAE Vice-President said “everything is beautiful in Winter”.

“However, the UAE's winter is the most beautiful in the world. The UAE has the most beautiful winter, the most beautiful people, and the most beautiful services,” he said, inviting everyone to travel to the UAE and “explore the spirit of the country”.
