Bahrain: New aviation radio station launched

Bahrain's new aviation information radio communication station was launched by the Transportation and Telecommunications Minister Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed and Housing Minister Bassem bin Yaqoub Al Hamar.Transportation minister said that the launch of the radio station is part of strategic projects of the ministry to develop civil aviation systems and services in Bahrain and raising its efficiency to ensure the provision of air navigation services at the highest levels of quality and safety with advanced technology and accurate specifications.Housing minister said that the station will contribute in developing East Hidd Town housing projects by enabling the Ministry to complete the construction of infrastructure networks in the vicinity of the land that will be provided by the station, thus providing the opportunity for the beneficiaries of housing vouchers in the town
