Study underway to link traffic violations in GCC countries – The Peninsula Qatar

Gulf authorities are currently studying the linking of traffic violations committed in various states, so that motorists can enquire and pay the fine in their own country.

Once implemented, fines for traffic violations committed by Qatar registered vehicles in other Gulf countries will be treated as Qatar violations and be paid through Metrash2 or electronic services provided by the Ministry of Interior.
