Image credits: AP Tahira Khander, Deputy Director General of Bangladesh Airlines, has announced that flights between Kuwait and Dhaka will resume on Tuesday, August 4. “We have decided to run one weekly commercial flight between Kuwait and Dhaka every Tuesday,” Khander told the Dhaka Tribune. The Kuwait International Airport is set to begin operations on August 1 at a 30 per cent capacity. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced that flights will be departing from Kuwait to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Ethiopia, United Kingdom, Turkey, Iran, Nepal, Switzerland, Germany, Azerbaijan, Philippines and India.
