Kuwait’s Jazeera Air to partially offset accumulated losses of $62mln against share premium

Kuwait’s Jazeera Air says it will partially offset its accumulated losses of KD 18.69 million ($62 million) against its KD 8 million share premium. The decision follows a board of directors recommendation that was agreed at the company’s ordinary general assembly today (Monday). The airline’s accumulated losses were KD 18.69 million at 30thJune 2021 according to its most recent financial reports.
