(File/AFP)More than 197,000 passengers have departed from Kuwait while about 135,000 arrived on board 1,965 flights by various airlines from Aug 1 until yesterday, local media reported.According to Director of Operations Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Mansour Al Hashimi, all flights that depart and arrive in the country come within the first phase operation not exceeding 30 percent.
