Meeting on engineering, aviation, technology held

Muscat: The Military Technological College (MTC) on Tuesday organised the first international conference for aerospace sciences, engineering and technology. Speakers from 16 countries participated in the three-day conference, held under the auspices of Eng. Naif Ali Al Abri, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The participants discussed various research papers and studied experiments and scholarly deliberations about aerodynamics, the development of avionics systems and innovations in emerging technologies. On the sidelines of the conference, an exhibition was held on innovations in the field of aviation, engineering, technology and electronic applications. The event seeks to highlight technological updates and innovation. It serves as a platform for displaying new technologies and enhancing interaction between researchers, academics and other parties operating in the aviation sector.
