This program is a guiding framework for airports worldwide, aiming to elevate customer experience management to new heights.

Under this comprehensive accreditation framework, airports undergo assessment across eight key domains of customer experience management. These include customer understanding, strategy, measurement, operational improvement, governance, airport culture, service design/innovation, and airport community collaboration.
