Oman’s Port of Duqm marks official opening post completion – Construction Week Online

Oman’s Port of Duqm has now opened officially after completion of all works, under the leadership of HM Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tarik Al Said, deputy prime minister for international relations and cooperation affairs, personal representative of His Majesty.

The ceremony was held in the presence of Phillippe Leopold Louis Marie, King of the Belgians and Mathilde Marie Christine Ghislaine d’Udekem d’Acoz, Queen of the Belgians, a report by Oman News Agency stated.

The dignitaries toured the Special Economic Zone of Duqm and viewed the location allocated to develop large-scale green hydrogen production.
