This initiative, a vital component of the National Program for Leadership Development and Future Foresight, is a collaborative effort between the Royal Academy of Management, the Ministry of Finance’s Partnership for Development Programme, and the esteemed Eller Center for Executive Education Programs at the University of Arizona.

His Excellency Mahmoud bin Abdullah Al-Awaini, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Development Program highlighted the program’s strategic importance. He emphasized its role in enhancing institutional performance by fostering a cadre of skilled trainers capable of imparting knowledge and expertise to Oman’s administrative and leadership sectors.

Dr. Ali bin Qasim Al Lawati, President of the Royal Academy of Management, underscored the program’s alignment with the academy’s vision and strategic objectives.
