181 employees graduate from Ashghal’s training programmes – The Peninsula

Doha: The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ celebrated the first batch graduates of its training programmes, in the presence of H E Dr. Eng Saad bin Ahmad Al Muhannadi, President of Ashghal alongside several managers, affairs directors, assistant managers, section heads, and partners, in addition to the graduates.

On this occasion, Eng Al Muhannadi stated: “We are incredibly proud to graduate 181 employees from engineering and supporting departments.”

He added: “We were able to double the number of exceptional and highly-qualified Qatari employees during the past four years, and we look forward to seeing these cadres as leaders in Ashghal and plan high quality infrastructure in the future. We also value and appreciate our partners’ efforts and effective contributions towards the success of the training programmes.”

The ceremony witnessed the graduation of 181 employees and engineers of ‘Ashghal’ training programmes. In the last seven years, the Human Resources Department has inaugurated various specialised and certified training programs to develop engineers and employees from multiple entities and universities.

The programmes include; Leadership Development, Project Management, Succession, Graduate Development, Administrative Development, Individual Development, and Professional Certification Program for Qatari employees who are registered in professional certification programme.
