The program aims to provide individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance their career readiness, improve their chances of obtaining their desired jobs, enhance their leadership and teamwork skills, and develop their abilities in creative thinking, helping them achieve their career goals and succeed in their various paths.

The launch of the Jahez professional readiness program is part of the ministry’s efforts to rehabilitate and develop the skills of the national workforce and increase their competitiveness in the labour market.

The program is a two-day theoretical training between the Ministry of Labour and Qatar Academy for Finance and Business (QAFB) that covers the most important skills and knowledge needed for job seekers to find the right job in the labour
