Future Aviation Forum 2024 launches in Saudi Arabia



Riyadh – Mubasher: The third edition of the Future Aviation Forum has kicked off today in the capital of Saudi Arabia under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.

The event is being held for three days, 20-22 May 2024, and is hosted by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia to be centred on the theme ‘Elevating Global Connectivity’.

More than 5,000 experts and aviation leaders from over 100 countries are attending the event which aims at finding solutions to the sectors main challenges. It brings together ministers, regulators, manufacturers, airlines, and airports to form the future of international air transport.

Future Aviation Forum 2024 launches a monumental week for aviation regulators and other leaders, where Saudi Arabia will also be hosting the Airport Council International's annual general assembly and other sector events, which will see the leaders of the International Civil Aviation Organization and International Air Transport Association (IATA) attending the third edition of the forum.

President of GACA, Abdulaziz Al Duailej, earlier said: “The 2024 Future Aviation Forum will once again unite global aviation leaders to solve aviation's biggest challenges, including manufacturing supply chain issues, capacity constraints and the development of human capital
