Saudi relief plane departs for Gaziantep Airport in Turkiye

RIYADH — The 16th relief plane departed Saudi Arabia from King Khalid International Airport Tuesday, bound for Gaziantep Airport in Turkiye, carrying 86 tons and 19 kilograms of shelter materials, including 1,700 tents, 10,800 winter bags, 2,520 mattresses and 1,800 blankets. This is part of the Saudi airlift, managed by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), and follows the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman as an embodiment of the Kingdom’s humanitarian role. — SPA
