Saudi Gazette reportRIYADH — The Transport General Authority (TGA) has reported a notable increase in package delivery volumes during the holy month of Ramadan.By the 25th of Ramadan, more than 18 million package deliveries were completed by over 70 licensed companies, marking a significant 54% rise compared to the Ramadan period last year.In its efforts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and oversee operational standards, the TGA has been proactive.It operated a call center that handled over 3,000 inquiries from beneficiaries in just the first 25 days of Ramadan.In addition, supervisory teams conducted comprehensive inspections at package delivery company warehouses to monitor and optimize delivery processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and service quality.These measures taken by the TGA during Ramadan are part of its commitment to provide high-quality services that meet the increased needs of beneficiaries during this busy period.For beneficiaries experiencing service issues with specific transport companies, the TGA offers multiple channels to report such concerns, ensuring an efficient communication flow between service providers and their customers.
