ADNOC L&S, AD Ports to establish new port, logistics facility at TA’ZIZ

ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) and AD Ports Group have entered into an agreement to establish a new port and logistics facility at TA’ZIZ, the chemicals production and industrial hub currently under development at Ruwais in the UAE. ADNOC L&S and AD Ports Group will develop a liquids terminal and logistics facility to support tenants of the TA’ZIZ Industrial Chemicals Zone, support the supply chain for feedstocks, and store and load final products for export, according to a press release on Thursday. ADNOC L&S and AD Ports will select an international operator to create a new joint venture which will contribute to the development of the new port. TA’ZIZ comprises three zones: an Industrial Chemicals Zone, a Light Industrial Zone that will convert the outputs of the Chemicals Zone into consumable products, and an Industrial Services Zone that will include companies offering services to the other zones.
